About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for cybersecurity and AI roles
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and AI-domain fit
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver fast, high-quality hires
- Elevate CyberMSI’s employer brand in the cybersecurity and AI market
- Deliver a clean, professional, candidate-first experience
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
Requirements
- 2+ years recruiting experience for cybersecurity and/or AI roles
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and AI job functions (SOC, IR, XDR, GenAI security, cloud security, identity, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
- Experience with BambooHR
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
