• Reporting directly to the EVP Consulting & Transformation, you will play a key role in growing CXG's Consulting & Transformation practice by developing client relationships, generating business opportunities, and leading high-impact consulting engagements for premium and luxury brands.
• Act as a strategic partner to the EVP Consulting & Transformation, contributing to the development, visibility, and long-term growth of the practice.
• Work closely with senior executives from leading premium and luxury brands, helping them translate insights into practical recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships with existing and prospective clients at senior level, primarily focusing on the European market.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with external and internal stakeholders while expanding CXG’s value proposition.
• Leverage your professional network to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Actively contribute to revenue growth through account expansion, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality project delivery.
• Mentor members of the Consulting & Transformation practice and other team members throughout CXG.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to develop intellectual capital.

Senior Manager – Luxury Experience Consulting

Auditor

• Conduct in-store evaluations, assessing cleanliness, product presentation, and device functionality.
• Complete an online questionnaire with detailed insights and feedback.
• Capture high-quality picture to support your assessments.
• Each audit takes approximately 45-60 minutes per store.

Freelance Merchandising Auditor

Operations

• Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for the forecasted missions in operating areas
• Ensure proper scheduling and execution of the fieldwork projects as per company standards
• Verify that field surveys meet is electronically submitted on time and meet our standards (quantity VS quality)
• Conduct surveys screening and validation
• Set appropriate pay rate to evaluations while making sure operation margin target is reached
• Contribute to the Evaluators Database optimization and make sure data are updated
• Maintain healthy relationship with Evaluators.
• Make sure the finance team has all their payment details of evaluators to receive their payments on time.
