About the role

  • Support UM Clinical Operations by making data accessible and actionable for teams and stakeholders.
  • Create reports, tools, and dashboards to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of program data, metrics, and performance indicators to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
  • Analyze data to inform process improvements and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain data reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to clinical services.
  • Implement performance monitoring systems to track and evaluate effectiveness of clinical services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Support program implementations as needed.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role - Required to be on site in Hartford CT on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
  • 3-5 years in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • 3-5 years experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with creating documentation that translates business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, QuickBase.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification in PMP preferred.
  • Able to create new reporting and implement data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. (Preferred)
