About the role
- Support UM Clinical Operations by making data accessible and actionable for teams and stakeholders.
- Create reports, tools, and dashboards to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of program data, metrics, and performance indicators to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
- Analyze data to inform process improvements and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain data reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to clinical services.
- Implement performance monitoring systems to track and evaluate effectiveness of clinical services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Support program implementations as needed.
Requirements
- Hybrid role - Required to be on site in Hartford CT on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
- 3-5 years in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- 3-5 years experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with creating documentation that translates business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, QuickBase.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification in PMP preferred.
- Able to create new reporting and implement data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. (Preferred)
