About the role
- Collaborating with senior executives and business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with overall business objectives.
- Owning responsibility for assigning key HR personnel to projects and performance reporting needs on an ongoing basis.
- Contributing to the development of Human Resources strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Building strong relationships and actively engages with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide insights, and influence decision-making.
- Ensuring the organization has a robust talent pipeline and implements programs to enhance leadership capabilities and competencies.
- Contributing to the development and execution of Human Resources strategies that drive organizational performance and effectiveness.
- Providing guidance and expertise on change management methodologies, and helps leaders communicate and implement change initiatives, to effectively foster a culture of agility and resilience.
- Managing and developing a team of Human Resources Business Partners by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team operates effectively and delivers high-quality HR services
Requirements
- 10+ years Business and/or Human Resources experience
- 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- 3 years of either formal or informal leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)
