  • The Specialty Pharmacy AI team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Data Scientist to play a role in designing and executing AI solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI
  • The individual will serve as the technical lead for a portfolio of 3 to 5 AI projects and will work in collaboration with a small team of talented data scientists to execute these projects
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting the full project lifecycle from a data science perspective, including problem identification and value estimation, building proofs of concept, scaling to production, and post-launch monitoring
  • The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for improving healthcare outcomes with analytics as well as a demonstrated interest in learning and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant analytics experience
  • Significant experience using Python and SQL in data science roles
  • Familiarity with GenAI trends and technologies including major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) as well as archetypal GenAI solutions (RAG, co-pilots, document summarization, etc.)
  • Passion for exploring capabilities of new AI tools and incorporating them into team’s workflow
