About the role

Bridge Business and Technology Translate complex business needs into clear, technical requirements, user stories, and data contracts that engineering can deliver on
Map and Improve Processes Analyze current workflows in A&R, finance, royalties, rights management, and operations
Design optimized processes that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and scale with growth
Strengthen Financial Maturity Work with Finance and the Data & Analytics team to optimize financial processes – royalty reporting, revenue recognition, close cycles – ensuring we have the systems and data needed to operate as a scaled company
Enable Automation and Data Quality Identify opportuniNes for AI-driven automaNon and smarter business processes. Partner with Data & Analytics to improve data pipelines and systems interoperability
Support Change Management Document new processes, train business teams, and ensure adoption of new tools and ways of working
Other duties as assigned

4+ years in a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role
Strong technical literacy, confident working with SQL, APIs, data models, and system integrations
Experience mapping and redesigning complex processes and writing detailed requirements
Clear communication skills – able to bridge the detail engineers need with clarity business leaders expect
Background in the music or entertainment industry (royalties, rights management, content distribution)
Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Snowflake) and scripNng (Python)
Curious and experimental mindset – keen to test out new technologies (e.g., Replit, Lovable, etc.)
