Operations

• Support the A&R and Operations teams in managing the administrative and operational workflow of music releases
• Assist in tracking and updating deal information within internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, spreadsheets)
• Support the intake and organization of project and release information, including artist, producer, and song metadata
• Help monitor producer, side-artist, and sample clearance statuses to ensure compliance prior to release
• Conduct basic research on agreements, splits, and rights ownership to support A&R Admin and Legal teams
• Assist in preparing internal summaries of deals, including key terms and rights structures
• Help identify missing or inconsistent data and flag issues to the appropriate teams
• Support cross-functional communication between A&R, Legal, Finance, and Project Management teams
• Assist with organizing documentation and maintaining accurate records of agreements and releases
• Provide general administrative support for A&R and Operations workflows

A&R Operations Intern

Machine Learning Engineer

• Applied Machine Learning Build and maintain ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, ranking, and optimization across music industry use cases (catalog valuation, royalty reasoning, A&R intelligence, marketing performance, etc.)
• Partner with Analytics & BI to identify, engineer, and validate features that drive meaningful predictive power
• Own the full ML lifecycle — from problem framing and data exploration through training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Deploy and monitor models in production using modern MLOps tooling
• Instrument models for performance tracking, drift detection, and continuous improvement
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, model versioning, and observability for all ML systems
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, feature delivery, and pipeline reliability
• Develop and maintain modular AI agents that automate multi-step workflows across CreateOS (contracts, accounting, distribution, metadata)
• Build and iterate on RAG pipelines, retrieval architectures, and semantic search systems grounded in structured business data
• Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and safe action boundaries for agentic systems
• Translate business problems from non-technical stakeholders into well-scoped ML solutions
• Document model design decisions, evaluation results, and known limitations clearly
• Contribute to a culture of engineering rigor and responsible AI development

Attorney

• Provide legal support and advice on all aspects of M&A transactions, from deal structuring to post-closing integration
• Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other related transaction documents
• Conduct and oversee due diligence on potential acquisitions, including reviewing contracts, intellectual property rights, and other legal and financial aspects of the target company or target assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Corporate Development, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Advise on legal risks and regulatory considerations related to acquisitions
• Assist in the integration of newly acquired businesses, including compliance with corporate governance, IP management, and labor laws
• Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s M&A activities or the broader music and entertainment industry.
