About the role
- Work at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and software development to advance AI systems
- Build and optimize AI-driven data pipelines
- Enhance agentic system architecture and monitoring
- Integrate new data sources and deploy new AI agent capabilities
- Conduct technical analysis to improve performance and scalability
- Scale data workflows and ensure platform performance for enterprise clients
- Collaborate directly with the founding team and contribute as an early hire
Requirements
- A desire to improve
- Exceptional Python skills
- Experience building applications with LLMs
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy)
- Solid understanding of relational databases & cloud data warehouses
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable technical solutions
- Able to work independently
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare analytics, biomedical research, or enterprise AI software (preferred)
- DevOps skills (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure) (preferred)
- Experience with distributed systems (preferred)
