About the role

  • CVS Health is a leading health solutions company delivering care through local presence and digital channels.\n
  • Lead Director, FP&A will oversee budgeting, modeling, forecasting and variance analysis for CVS Health’s Caremark (PBM) within the Pharmacy Services business unit.\n
  • Reports to the Executive Director of FP&A and will lead a team of 8–15 members.\n
  • Responsibilities include ownership of inputs into the multi-year plan, annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting; preparation of monthly financial packages for senior leaders; revenue/expense analyses; trend identification; and ad-hoc financial planning and analysis.\n
  • Initial focus areas include Wellpartner/340B, Specialty Pharmacy pricing, M&A, Client Profit reporting and Careplus financials, with potential future scope.\n
  • Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program, plus equity award opportunities.\n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

Requirements

  • 10+ years of prior professional work experience in a corporate Finance, or similar function\n
  • 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting and analytics experience\n
  • 5+ years people leadership experience\n
  • Preferred Qualifications\n
  • 7+ years leadership experience\n
  • Previous Pharmacy or healthcare experience
