About the role
- Work exclusively with Pharmacy generated Medicaid encounters.
- Research, analyze, and correct rejected Medicaid encounters.
- Examine setups/configurations and compare text files to identify trends or issues.
- Serve a select group of clients and maintain relationships with key parties.
- Provide recurring metric reports from SAS and AS400 to keep clients up to date.
- Be part of recurring client meetings and communicate technical information to non-technical people.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm AZ time.
- 1 or more years of professional work experience in a healthcare finance setting.
- 2 or more years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting (must know how to do formulas and VLOOKUPS).
- 2 or more years of professional work experience in a healthcare finance setting (preferred).
- 4 or more years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting (preferred).
- Experience with Medicaid (preferred).
- Experience working with SAS or SQL (preferred).
