About the role
- Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for projects
- Perform testing on various software and reporting systems
- Work closely with PA Admin and Medicare Operations to test and validate the utilization management (UM) criteria, decision trees, drug lists, and letters in the PA (MHK) system
- Responsible for configuration quality control, code testing, and test case writing
- Ensure quality of PA Admin products for internal/external business users by testing cases and doing regression testing
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure quality software delivery
Requirements
- 1 plus years of quality assurance or software testing
- 5 plus years Software knowledge (MS Office Suite including Access and Project)
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- PBM Knowledge (Preferred)
- Analytical Skills (Preferred)
- Ability to work in teams or independent (Preferred)
- Time Management skills (Preferred)
- Medicare Knowledge (Preferred)
- Able to thrive in time sensitive situations (Preferred)
