Design and build sophisticated analytical models that predict, measure performance and identify trends for Stars reporting
Utilize advanced statistical techniques to generate actionable insights
Continuously update reporting capabilities to adjust to Oak Street needs
Develop and maintain forecasting models that project Oak Street’s performance in various CMS Stars measures
Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance ratings
Draw insights from performance data and highlight areas of opportunity by market for field leaders and Oak Street’s senior leadership team
Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to Oak Street senior leadership (VP, SVP, & C-suite) and other key stakeholders (Oak Street Medical leadership)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Product, Data, Managed Care Operations, and other Oak Street Health teams, to integrate analytical insights into Oak Street’s overall quality improvement efforts

Requirements
2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare
Analytical and data savvy
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience working with large datasets
Experience/proficiency in SQL is a plus
Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with health plans and internal teams
Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
Someone who is a self-starter
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
Quick learner and someone who is comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
Bachelor degree required
