About the role
- Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements.
- Assists in developing implementation plans and works with internal departments to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.
- Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process.
- Facilitates mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
- Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in implementation or project management.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
