Researches, and resolves eligibility and claims inquiries for an assigned book of business
Consults with internal/external customers to identify accurate information to meet customer’s expectations
Responsible for managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business
Requires effective multitasking in a fast-paced, flexible, and adaptable environment, adherence to designated procedures, maintenance of production levels and quality goals, and efficient processing of new and changing information
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and strong customer service skills are essential
Requirements
2+ years of experience in account management or in a plan sponsor services support capacity
Must possess or obtain Health Insurance License for resident state within 90 days of hire
Demonstrates effective keyboard skills; able to navigate within a computer based, multi-systems dependent environment without assistance; knowledgeable in Microsoft products
