About the role
- Act as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack.
- Architect and manage the complete lead lifecycle.
- Build, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaign operations within HubSpot.
- Develop dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses to track campaign ROI.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
- Support critical Sales Operations functions (10-15%).
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Strong data manipulation skills (you are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience with setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong project management capabilities.
- A systems-thinking mindset with high attention to detail.
