About the role

  • Act as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack.
  • Architect and manage the complete lead lifecycle.
  • Build, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaign operations within HubSpot.
  • Develop dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses to track campaign ROI.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
  • Support critical Sales Operations functions (10-15%).

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong data manipulation skills (you are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Experience with setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A systems-thinking mindset with high attention to detail.
  • A desire to expand your RevOps footprint.
