Design and execute tailored account based campaigns to engage senior decision makers.
Drive interest through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach, positioning C4T as a trusted partner.
Apply a wide range of outreach techniques and use tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Cognism, and Lusha to research, segment, and target the right prospects.
Build strong relationships from the first touchpoint and guide prospects until they are ready for handover to Account Executives.
Represent C4T confidently to multinational organisations, clearly communicating our value proposition.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategy and pipeline growth.
Share insights and feedback regularly to refine messaging, improve campaigns, and accelerate success.
Represent C4T at industry events and conferences in the UK and abroad.
Requirements
You have proven experience as an SDR or in a similar customer facing sales role.
You have enterprise sales experience and can navigate complex buying cycles within large organisations.
You have a strong knowledge of outreach techniques and hands on experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, and others.
You are passionate about sales and see this role as a stepping stone to becoming an Account Executive.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You are confident with cold outreach and skilled in consultative sales techniques.
You understand sales performance metrics and use them to improve your results.
You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver engaging intro demos.
You are comfortable using reporting tools to track and share performance data.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are eager to grow yourself, your team, and the company.
You bring strong collaboration skills and work well across teams and departments.
