About the role
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and company policies.
- Drive HR processes including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and absence management.
- Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record as an HR generalist in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics is a plus.
