Product Designer

• Own and drive the UI/UX design of Custom Surgical’s digital products (mobile app, web platform, and future AI-enabled tools)
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into intuitive user journeys and interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define problems, explore solutions, and validate concepts
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with brand and design system standards
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and well implemented
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback from clinicians and internal teams
• Build, maintain, and evolve a consistent design system across platforms
• Balance usability, clarity, and aesthetics with clinical, technical, and regulatory constraints
