About the role
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities
- Ensure each site meets high standards for safety, uptime, and efficiency
- Travel between sites as business needs require
- Lead daily team briefings to review priorities and safety updates
- Address open issues from previous shifts
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues and safety risks
- Champion a strong safety culture and lead safety audits
- Analyze maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
- Coach and support maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- 3+ years leading maintenance teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of safety programs and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multi-site maintenance leadership experience — REQUIRED
- Experience with conveyor systems and/or robotic maintenance environments (preferred)
