About the role
- Serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for OTC and PTP processes.
- Oversee corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) and P-Card program governance.
- Lead strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Finance Portal.
- Ensure accurate and timely global finance operations.
- Develop and enforce internal controls, finance policies, and global standards.
- Champion process re-engineering, automation, and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 15+ years of experience in shared services processes.
- 10+ years of supervisory leadership in multi-function shared services.
- Proven experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance.
- Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in IT and finance systems supporting shared services.
