• Manage payment processing procedures.
• Generate reports in Salesforce and Sienge to monitor and analyze information.
• Coordinate with internal interface areas regarding purchase and sale contracts and commissions for independent contractors.
• Provide support to the sales team to resolve inquiries related to commission payment processes.
• Monitor the payment process for invoiced commissions.
• Support various activities as directed and as needed by the department.
• Manage invoices (Notas Fiscais) and financial system entries for commission payments.
