About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage payment processing procedures.
Generate reports in Salesforce and Sienge to monitor and analyze information.
Coordinate with internal interface areas regarding purchase and sale contracts and commissions for independent contractors.
Provide support to the sales team to resolve inquiries related to commission payment processes.
Monitor the payment process for invoiced commissions.
Support various activities as directed and as needed by the department.
Manage invoices (Notas Fiscais) and financial system entries for commission payments.
