About the role
- Manage the entire hiring process from intake to signed offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and candidate profiles
- Actively source candidates across LATAM, US, Europe, and Asia using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct structured screening interviews focused on communication, motivation, and performance indicators
- Coordinate multi-stage interview processes (HR → Manager → Final/Tandem)
- Draft, extend, and negotiate offers in alignment with budget and compensation guidelines
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and consistent follow-ups to avoid candidate drop-off
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, source quality, close rate)
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring roles
- Continuously test new sourcing channels and outreach strategies
- Provide clear hiring updates to leadership
- Advise managers on candidate quality and hiring decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across different functions (sales, marketing, operations preferred)
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
- Confidence running interviews independently
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Comfort working in a fully remote, international environment
