About the role

  • Manage the entire hiring process from intake to signed offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and candidate profiles
  • Actively source candidates across LATAM, US, Europe, and Asia using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct structured screening interviews focused on communication, motivation, and performance indicators
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview processes (HR → Manager → Final/Tandem)
  • Draft, extend, and negotiate offers in alignment with budget and compensation guidelines
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and consistent follow-ups to avoid candidate drop-off
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, source quality, close rate)
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring roles
  • Continuously test new sourcing channels and outreach strategies
  • Provide clear hiring updates to leadership
  • Advise managers on candidate quality and hiring decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across different functions (sales, marketing, operations preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
  • Confidence running interviews independently
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, international environment
