Accountant

• Ensure accurate and complete recording of transactions within the general ledger (preparing, monitoring, and analyzing financial reports including income statements and balance sheets)
• Track and evaluate expenses related to operations (production, labor, shipping, administration, inventory)
• Establish benchmarks, compare actual costs, identify and explain variances, and prepare detailed cost structure reports with recommendations
• Ensure proper accounting for project-related transactions (fixed asset purchases, leasehold improvements, tooling revenue & expense)
• Monitor production-related transactions (DMR transactions, cycle-count adjustments) and ensure accurate capture in internal reporting and the general ledger
• Perform monthly standard cost roll
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with monthly financial statement preparation
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts, including quarterly profit margin analysis

• Collect data for projects and analyses requested by Director of Finance, CFO, and other departments

Senior Cost Accountant

Project Manager

• Oversee and coordinate projects from concept through production launch, managing timelines, budgets, tooling, and process development.
• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project scope, progress, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee tooling build, validation, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and production readiness.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Producer

• With direction from the Director of Manufacturing, accountable for safety, quality, productivity, cost performance, and employee relations in a high-performance work team environment.
• Input required for capital improvements and budget preparation.
• Monitor production performance and implement processes, procedures, and methods to improve results in all key functional areas.
• Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance for all production activities.
• Actively manage the molding processes to verify compliance with customer demands and priorities.
• Champion a culture of safety in the organization.
• Conduct interviews, make recommendations for hire, and train new plant operators and technicians.
• Provide guidance and insight to leadership to develop buy-in to improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate production scheduling to ensure customer demand is matched with minimal overtime, inventory, and overall reduced costs.
• Mentor shift supervisors as they work to improve in their respective disciplines.
• Use data to drive decisions regarding improvement activities, downtime reduction, and quality improvement projects.
• Support activity to ensure all proper documentation has been completed for new mold/program qualifications including IQ/OQ/PQ, APQP, and other qualification activities.
• Build and maintain productive employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction; provide direction, training, and development as needed.
• Provide coaching, counseling, or discipline as needed; recommend disciplinary action to plant manager and review disciplinary action by supervisors for effectiveness and consistency.
• Work with HR to address employee concerns and issues.
• Work with internal and external resources to support the development, installation, and qualification of new automation/equipment.
• Support plant in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S with safety, 6 Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Facilitate the tool room activities, schedule, and priorities.

Production Manager – Clean Room

QA Engineer

• Assure products, processes, and quality records conform to quality standards and the quality system
• Modify testing and methods of control, measurement, and inspection work instructions to ensure cost-effective product quality
• Provide statistical information for quality improvement and cost savings through data acquisition and analysis
• Investigate quality-related problems across departments to determine cause and implement corrective actions
• Perform internal quality audits, report findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Program CMM using Zeiss Calypso software
• Plan and perform process validation for customer projects (Gage R&R, DOE, IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Perform capability studies and analyze data to recommend actions to achieve acceptable Cpk
• Act as QA representative for sampling projects and present results to customers
• Make day-to-day product acceptability decisions and manage deviations from product specifications
• Provide input on quality to product development and recommend production improvements using continuous improvement techniques
• Respond to customer complaints and lead corrective actions
• Administer the company’s online SPC system: create CTQ standards, design data entry templates, troubleshoot errors, monitor database trends, and create statistical charts and reports
