About the role
- Deliver high-quality professional development across assigned territory
- Coach teachers and leaders in data application for real student outcomes
- Adjust workshops based on participant needs
- Provide tailored on-site support for teachers, coaches, and leaders
- Track and submit detailed training notes and all assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics
- Strong working knowledge of State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K-8
- Fluency with digital tools including online assessments
- Understanding of principles of adult learning
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Office programs
