About the role
- Facilitate high-quality professional development and training
- Analyze data and provide tailored support to teachers, coaches, and leaders
- Coordinate on-site product training and professional learning courses
- Adjust workshops to fit participant needs
- Track and submit training notes and complete assignments on time
- Present a professional image to customers and prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in teaching ELA or Reading
- Experience in coaching teachers of ELA or Reading
- Knowledge of Common Core State Standards for ELA or Reading for Grades K–8
- Fluency with digital tools including online assessments
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office programs (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Knowledge of online meeting programs (Zoom/WebEx) is a plus
