Enterprise Sales Director, Medical and Healthcare

Solutions Engineer

• Own pre-sales technical discovery and demos for enterprise opportunities, tailored to each prospect's stack and use case.
• Lead integration scoping and design (APIs, TMS/ERP/WMS, custom workflows) and produce clean handoff documentation for Implementation.
• Own RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses; build and maintain a reusable library.
• Design and run proof-of-value pilots, including success criteria and outcome reporting.
• Drive sales enablement — train AEs, build battlecards, maintain the demo environment.
• Bring technical gaps and integration requests from the field back to Product and Engineering with clear prioritization.

Learning and Development

• Build and run the OSR onboarding and ramp program — from Day 1 through the first 90 days in market — so every new hire has a clear path to productivity.
• Develop field training content and routines: pitch frameworks, objection handling, daily activity standards, visit prep, and product knowledge — materials reps actually use in the field.
• Ride alongside new hires and developing reps during their ramp period, coaching in the moment on visits, demos, and conversations — not just in a classroom.
• Run weekly and monthly training cadences for the full team: skills sessions, role plays, certification checkpoints, and development reviews.
• Partner with the Director, Team Leads, and the OSR Manager to identify reps who need additional coaching and build targeted development plans that close gaps before they become performance issues.
• Work with RevOps to ensure reps are trained on tools, reporting, and the data habits that drive accurate forecasting and territory management.
• Build and maintain the OSR playbook — the living document that captures what great looks like at every stage of the rep journey, from Day 1 through top performers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Account Managers, and Enterprise Sales to make sure OSRs have what they need at the point of contact — right materials, right messaging, right context.

Sales Enablement and Training Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work with the finance team to redesign Curri's financial reporting infrastructure, moving from ad-hoc models to automated, scalable systems built on top of our existing data
• Build and maintain automated monthly and quarterly reporting workflows that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy and speed
• Deploy tools to accelerate financial analysis, scenario modeling, and narrative generation
• Establish performance dashboards and KPIs that scale with the business and give leadership real-time insight
• Lead and evolve Curri's core financial models including operating forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans in close partnership with the CFO and VP Finance
• Build sophisticated models from scratch and improve existing ones and break complex business problems into clean financial components
• Review monthly and quarterly budget variances and partner with department leads to identify drivers and recommend action
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, ROI modeling, and ad hoc financial research
• Lead the preparation of executive-level financial reporting and board-ready presentations, partnering with the CFO to deliver clear analysis and narrative
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Contribute to investor and board materials as the company continues to scale
• Be the go-to financial resource for strategic and analytical requests across the business
• Partner with executives across Sales, Operations, and Product to support planning, performance tracking, and decision-making
• Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers to explain business performance and inform next steps
• Serve as a close thought partner to the CFO, VP Finance and C-suite team on improving financial visibility, rigor, and execution across the company
