Act as a legal generalist for the business, covering commercial agreements, compliance, employment, and regulatory questions
Manage commercial contracting processes and contract database
Build AI-enabled legal workflows for efficiency
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
Serve as a legal partner to cross-functional teams
Develop and drive compliance programs from scoping to execution
Support the CLO on high-stakes legal matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in any US jurisdiction
4–9 years of experience across law firm and/or in-house roles
Proven generalist range in commercial, compliance, employment, and regulatory work
Legal ops experience and AI tooling proficiency
Strong communication skills with non-legal stakeholders
Self-directed and ownership-oriented with a proactive approach
