About the role
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution and measurement. Partner closely with Sales & Carbon Finance teams to engage target accounts and grow qualified pipeline.
- Supporting go-to-market launches and product positioning. Translating scientific and technical capabilities into compelling offerings to increase product adoption.
- Identifying and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and customers.
- Finding innovative new ways to reach and engage our users.
- Supporting to deliver in-person and virtual experiences to that educate and convert CXOs from target account including executive dinners, industry events, and webinars. Also playing a role in supporting CUR8’s presence at major climate events such as Davos, NY Climate Week, COP, and CUR8’s annual summit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in **high-growth B2B environments** (Seed–Series C or innovation teams in large tech).
- Proven track record engaging enterprise buyers across complex/technical industries (climate tech, pharma, fintech, deep tech, cybersecurity).
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow-up, and earning trust as a business partner.
- Loves to execute - this role is 20-30% strategy and 70% execution.
- A power user of modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Goldcast, Claude) and demonstrable use of AI to accelerate delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with various teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Proven track record of building and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise in Field Marketing, with experience in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing (Desirable).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, distilling scientific complexity into actionable messages (Desirable).
- A self-starter mentality, motivated by helping to solve the world’s climate crisis (Desirable).
- Experience with and/or certification in account-based marketing (Desirable).
