About the role

Provide administrative support to the product management team across pricing, profitability, sales review, and marketing support
Perform market, sales, and profitability analysis and generate reports using Excel, Salesforce, Access, PowerPoint, and Qlik
Execute information queries using the AS/400 ERP system
Improve part catalogs and e-commerce information for meritorpartsxpress.com (MPX)
Support product managers' strategic initiatives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales and margin goals
Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, engineering, project management, customer service, and content management
Update digital presence and product information to improve customer experience
Create clear, actionable reports to support stakeholders and decision-making
Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives

Must be a full-time college student working towards a 4 year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Ability to interpret data from tools like Excel, Qlik, and Salesforce to support pricing, profitability, and sales analysis
Comfort using AS/400 ERP system and other reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail in updating product catalogs and e-commerce content
Cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer service
Business acumen and understanding of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) sales and margin goals
Time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Curiosity and willingness to learn about aftermarket drivetrain and braking systems
