About the role

  • Develop the HR function, foster the Right Environment, and manage Employee Relations for the York, SC site.
  • Drive clear, multi-channel communication and translate corporate initiatives into localized strategies.
  • Provide strategic partnership with business leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Lead change management efforts using structured tools to ensure adoption and outcomes.
  • Translate compensation and benefits plans into clear, compliant communications.
  • Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and resolve employee issues with professionalism.
  • Manage and improve HR operations focusing on accuracy, compliance, and agility.
  • Mentor and develop HR team members; assign work and provide performance feedback.
  • Analyze HR data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve HR investments.

Requirements

  • The work location for this position is York-SC.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous leadership experience.
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Significant relevant work experience required.
  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals (Strategic Partnership Skills).
  • Strong business acumen to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee relations.
  • Skill in conducting investigations and using ethical judgment.
  • Commitment to employee development and performance-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and HR policies (Compliance & Policy Knowledge).
  • Attention to detail in managing HRIS data and ability to analyze HR metrics (Data Accuracy & Insight).
  • Broad knowledge across HR domains including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in mentoring and managing direct reports (Leadership & Team Development).
