About the role
- Consult executive level existing clientele, showcasing the services
- Increase services to existing clientele by providing solutions
- Actively participate in recruitment and development of diverse team members
- Partner with other service line leaders for integrated project approach
- Prepare fee proposals and negotiate services agreements
- Provide quality assurance to cost estimates
- Provide suggestions on cost management operations
- Oversee quality of team output and coach for performance
- Grow revenue in diverse service offerings or markets
- Accountable for fiscal performance
- Provides timely business reporting for forecasts
- Interprets company results and P&L
- Mentors and leads team development
- Approves invoices and pursues Accounts receivable
- Sets strategy for business development and marketing
- Provide organizational leadership in area of responsibility
- Coordinate quantity surveyors for estimates
- Work with on-site cost controllers and finance team
- Review contractor reports, costs, invoices, labor reports
- Develop and track fit for purpose KPIs
- Responsible for coordinating estimates from internal resources
- Generating audit plans for field quantity surveying
Requirements
- BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 15+ years in Estimating, Cost & Commercial Management
- 5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit
- Prior experience working on large scale semi-conductor projects is required
- Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
