About the role
- Advise project management team on improvements and new strategies.
- Measure and estimate building and material costs for projects.
- Prepare reports about projected building costs.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates/ cost plans.
- Validate installed quantities versus reported physical progress by CM and versus engineering drawings.
- Provide should costs in support of contractor work authorizations.
- KPI dashboards updated weekly with accurate cost and progress data.
- Reduction in cost variance and improved predictability of project budgets.
Requirements
- Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years' of BIM experience post receiving undergraduate degree working in related field.
- Experience: Prior experience working on large scale semi-conductor, manufacturing, life sciences or data center projects is preferred.
- Capable of using AI tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
