About the role
- Act as the subject matter expert during sales cycles for renewable fuels producers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor product demos and presentations.
- Participate in customer onboarding, training, and adoption efforts.
- Travel to customer sites to support implementations and troubleshooting.
- Gather, document, and prioritize feature requests specific to ethanol production workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the renewable fuels industry.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally between sales, customer-facing teams, and product development.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and technical audiences alike.
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (approx. 10–25%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Flexible work environment with the option to remotely or from offices in Alpharetta, GA or Ankeny, IA.
