Business Development Rep

• Assist in the consolidation, management and growth of the current customer base in UK and other English Speaking countries through an effective sales strategy.

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to prospects daily
• Focused on new account acquisition (Sales Hunter) and revenue growth for the mid market segments
• Expert at applying our adopted sales stage methodology to ensure maximum revenue is generated from every opportunity created and shares this knowledge with others
• Expert knowledge of complex product selling
• Ability to successfully work and promote client's environment and requirements internally within inter-functional groups
• Proven ability to deliver contracted revenues meeting targets
• Prepare and deliver effective sales demos and presentations, drawing on expertise from other teams as required

Software Development Manager

Support Engineer

• Provide intermediate Level 1 & 2 customer support with Solentra’s OneWeigh & binSight software products.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved or escalated within specified target resolutions times
• Track and Document customer communication and case resolution on each case in our CRM system (Salesforce.com) and Project Management software (JIRA)
• Create customer quotes, ensuring timely delivery & accuracy
• Perform product demos, and developing user manuals
• Responsible for deploying, configuring, and installing software solutions at client's physical location
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery & support managers, product managers and development teams.
• Travel to customer sites in remote locations across the Midwest, annual company meeting in the U.S. and industry conference will be required.
• Travel will be expected up to 15% as necessary.
