About the role
- Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through various sales techniques.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess water quality and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate Culligan products and services effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home services or water treatment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about water solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
