About the role
- Lead live and virtual demos of our products, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers.
- Visit client sites (mainly in the US) to provide hands-on support during demos and installations.
- Assist with on-prem installations and ensure smooth technical setup and delivery.
- Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams and roll-out phases and translate business needs into concrete project milestones.
- Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements.
- Support the sales team by preparing project documentation, IT materials and training sessions to help colleagues understand the full solution.
- When you’re not on the road, support the preparation and coordination of tenders.
Requirements
- You’ve worked in news studios or control rooms and understand the pace, pressure and tooling behind live broadcasting.
- You have experience as a technical director, live operator or similar role, giving you insight into live technical decision-making.
- You’ve worked with rundowns and collaborated closely with editorial teams.
- You’re familiar with tools such as EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP and other media tech solutions.
- You're confident working with automation systems and automated control room workflows.
- You’re comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%), mainly in the US.
- You’re fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- You’re based on the US East Coast (preferred), to collaborate easily with our European HQ and you have good airport access.
