About the role
- Lead and execute creative, full-funnel demand generation campaigns across channels to drive pipeline and brand affinity.
- Build and bring brand vision to life through storytelling and content across social and other channels.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and other teams to align campaigns, drive synergies, and measure impact.
- Manage projects and marketing execution, including MarTech tools and campaign operations.
- Analyze KPIs and campaign performance to optimize for pipeline, engagement, and efficiency.
- Ghostwrite and craft narratives tailored to different voices and audiences.
- Translate technical product concepts into clear messaging for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong content creation skills and social-first thinking.
- Experience in project management and strong cross-functional partnership.
- Proven experience measuring and analyzing KPIs (pipeline generation, brand affinity, content engagement).
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that exceed goals.
- Analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Creative writing/ghostwriting and strategic storytelling skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- MarTech fluency and ability to learn new marketing technologies quickly.
- Experience experimenting with and deploying AI for efficiency.
- Startup mentality and ability to work with urgency and ownership.
- Must currently live in the United States and be within commutable distance to New York City.
