Brand design systems: Evolve Taimi’s visual identity (colors, type, illustration, iconography) and contribute to a scalable brand system (Figma libraries, templates).
Content creation: Design social-first creative for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms. Experiment with AI-generated visuals. Create light motion graphics.
Collaboration and innovation: Work with cross-functional teams, pitch ideas, ensure inclusivity and consistency across platforms, and keep the brand relevant to cultural trends.
Requirements
3+ years in brand/marketing or content design (tech, product, creative agency, or LGBTQIA+ space preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, social-first campaigns, and storytelling-driven visuals.
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), basic After Effects a plus.
Solid understanding of performance ad specs, exports, and platform nuances.
Experience experimenting with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, Elevenlabs, etc.) and ability to translate prompts into usable creative outputs.
Experience in designing for print and physical applications (merch, events, editorial, packaging).
Strong writing and visual storytelling ability.
