About the role
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support career development.
- Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project health and intervene proactively to mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align implementation strategies with customer goals.
- Ensure consistent delivery of best practices across onboarding engagements.
- Standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Cube’s FP&A platform and related financial tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc).
- Guide the team in configuring solutions that meet complex financial planning and analysis needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation or professional services within SaaS or financial technology.
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of FP&A workflows, financial modeling, and ERP integrations.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Jira, and Cube or similar platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
