Requirements
Multi-disciplinary design expertise: You have a proven track record in both static and motion design, with strong conceptual and executional skills.
Technical proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and/or Figma. Bonus points for experience in motion tools like After Effects or AI design tools.
Video editing chops: You’re comfortable with editing, color grading, sound balancing, and optimizing content for multiple platforms.
Presentation design excellence: You can make a company deck look as polished as a campaign ad, with an eye for hierarchy, flow, and visual storytelling.
Brand fluency: You understand how to work within — and expand — brand systems, ensuring cohesion across touchpoints.
