About the role
- Develop & lead visual creative across campaigns, product launches, events, social, and editorial—from concept through production
- Develop brand storytelling frameworks and scalable design systems that bring cohesion across the customer journey
- Translate style guides into dynamic visuals across mediums including 3D, motion, digital, and experiential
- Present work to leadership and cross-functional partners with clarity, confidence, and a strong point of view
- Push the brand forward by finding fresh, bold, and strategic ways to evolve our identity
Requirements
- 7+ years of design and art direction experience
- Deep understanding of brand systems and how to evolve them across formats and channels
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, with strong design fundamentals and obsessive attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with writers, motioin, and agencies to create impactful work
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- A natural collaborator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments
- Experience with product marketing and building engaging narratives around product features
- Expertise in branding, visual design, and interactive experiences
- Bold, forward-thinking approach to visual storytelling and exploration
- Fluency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with image generation prompts
- Adaptability across design mediums and formats, with a strong sense of ownership and drive for impact
