About the role
- Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking
- Build long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers
- Present and sell our product portfolio with confidence
- Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and product launches
- Grow existing accounts and increase order volume
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and digital tools
- Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure excellent service
- Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice / CPG / distribution preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
- Bilingual English / French is an asset
