Bookkeeper

• Independent preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Onboarding of newly acquired subsidiaries into the existing group structure
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
• Contribution to consolidation and group financial statements under IFRS in close coordination with the Head of Accounting
• Active participation in ongoing digitalization and process optimization projects within the finance department
• Handling ad-hoc requests from executive management and preparing reports for shareholders and the supervisory board
• Point of contact for external partners such as auditors and tax advisors
• Professional leadership and targeted development of a cohesive accounting team; prospective assumption of disciplinary responsibility

• Build, lead and scale a high-performance finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Risk).
• Manage the capital structure across all growth phases and work closely with the CEO on global M&A transactions (valuation, structuring).
• End-to-end responsibility for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital to support a rapidly increasing transaction volume.
• Automate financing and acquisition logic directly within the company’s proprietary tech platform.
• Oversee international accounting, audits and compliance, and optimize strategic financial models.

• Develop career paths across all roles in the company and design and coordinate training and development offerings aligned with key development areas
• Design holistic, conceptual, and scalable onboarding and offboarding processes (including a buddy system and re-boarding)
• Strategically shape team culture across the Berlin and Munich locations and design team events, offsites, and retreats
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process (pipeline management, direct sourcing, employer branding) and design and conduct interviews to ensure a high-performance standard
• Ensure and coordinate HR operations (employment contracts, references, leave administration, payroll)
• Act as an empathetic and discreet point of contact for employee concerns and manage external service providers
