• Build a structured performance and feedback system with clear cycles and transparent standards
• Develop career paths across all roles in the company and design and coordinate training and development offerings aligned with key development areas
• Design holistic, conceptual, and scalable onboarding and offboarding processes (including a buddy system and re-boarding)
• Strategically shape team culture across the Berlin and Munich locations and design team events, offsites, and retreats
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process (pipeline management, direct sourcing, employer branding) and design and conduct interviews to ensure a high-performance standard
• Ensure and coordinate HR operations (employment contracts, references, leave administration, payroll)
• Act as an empathetic and discreet point of contact for employee concerns and manage external service providers
