About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, lead and scale a high-performance finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Risk).
Manage the capital structure across all growth phases and work closely with the CEO on global M&A transactions (valuation, structuring).
End-to-end responsibility for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital to support a rapidly increasing transaction volume.
Automate financing and acquisition logic directly within the company’s proprietary tech platform.
Oversee international accounting, audits and compliance, and optimize strategic financial models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong track record in audit (Transaction Services), investment banking, private/growth equity or industry roles.
Proven hands-on experience in scale-ups with a focus on M&A as well as equity and debt transactions.
Excellent financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of accounting and risk frameworks (working-capital experience is a plus).
Fluent German and English (or French) at native or near-native level; familiar with the DACH, FR and/or UK markets.
Systemic thinker with an operator mentality, strong execution focus and the drive to help build a global market leader long-term.
