About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, lead and scale a high-performance finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Risk).
- Manage the capital structure across all growth phases and work closely with the CEO on global M&A transactions (valuation, structuring).
- End-to-end responsibility for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital to support a rapidly increasing transaction volume.
- Automate financing and acquisition logic directly within the company’s proprietary tech platform.
- Oversee international accounting, audits and compliance, and optimize strategic financial models.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track record in audit (Transaction Services), investment banking, private/growth equity or industry roles.
- Proven hands-on experience in scale-ups with a focus on M&A as well as equity and debt transactions.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of accounting and risk frameworks (working-capital experience is a plus).
- Fluent German and English (or French) at native or near-native level; familiar with the DACH, FR and/or UK markets.
- Systemic thinker with an operator mentality, strong execution focus and the drive to help build a global market leader long-term.
