Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensuring operational stability in payroll, personnel management, time and attendance, recruiting, as well as reception and the company cafeteria
  • Driving digitalization and process optimization
  • Constructive and professional collaboration with multiple local works councils and the central works council
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership and development of the team
  • Close, company-wide collaboration with managers and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid (several years') experience in operational HR management, ideally in medium-sized companies or collective bargaining (tariff-bound) environments
  • In-depth practical knowledge of payroll, personnel management, time and attendance, and employment law
  • Demonstrable leadership experience
  • Proven experience working with works councils
  • Innovative mindset focused on digitalization and transformation
  • Confident, results-oriented personality
  • Business-fluent German language skills
