About the role

  • Develops and executes global category strategies across CSL’s CMO externalization pipeline.
  • Influences senior leaders globally and manages complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensures procurement strategies align with enterprise objectives to drive excellence.
  • Shapes network-wide sourcing strategies and simplifies the manufacturing supply chain.
  • Provides market insights to enable external partners to drive innovation, agility, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract manufacturing operations or relevant experience.
  • Preferable 2+ years demonstrated CMO experience in a customer facing role as it relates to pharma / bio industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
