About the role
- Support implementation of value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment
- Provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team
- Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT
- Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow-up
- Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews)
- R&D new training liaison
Requirements
- 10+ years in R&D operations, business support
- Strong coordination skills
- Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams
- Experience in data driven process improvement
- Established and credible experience in project management
- Working knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals
- Bachelors in science, operations, or business-related field
