About the role

  • Support implementation of value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment
  • Provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team
  • Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT
  • Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow-up
  • Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews)
  • R&D new training liaison

Requirements

  • 10+ years in R&D operations, business support
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams
  • Experience in data driven process improvement
  • Established and credible experience in project management
  • Working knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals
  • Bachelors in science, operations, or business-related field
