• Review / Quality Check of transaction processing (e.g., rollovers), Issuer/Borrower Invoicing, Letter of Credit Activity, Payment Processing, Unscheduled Repayments/Borrowings, Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc), Data Governance and Database Accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Conduct internal and external meetings with stakeholders communicating status updates to the business or book of business.
• Manage Deal Closing Execution & Funding.
• Team Training for Industry Best Practices and Company Related Policies.
• Maintain and update operational procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
