Account Executive

• Win new business with large financial institutions, banks, exchanges, and crypto companies, managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from first conversation through to close
• Find and develop new opportunities through your own outreach, events, and working alongside our partners
• Build a clear understanding of each account: who matters, what they need, and what it will take to get a deal done
• Run an organised sales process with clean next steps, accurate forecasting, and up-to-date records in our CRM
• Work closely with our solutions team on product evaluations and technical questions from customers
• Partner with our Growth and Product teams on account strategy to help accelerate deals

Senior Account Executive

AI Engineer

• Define and drive the API roadmap, balancing the needs of enterprise clients, internal FDE teams, and AI/agentic consumers
• Lead discovery with enterprise engineering teams to understand real integration patterns and translate them into coherent API design
• Establish API design principles, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies that give clients and internal teams confidence to build
• Design APIs with AI consumption in mind: structured responses, semantic clarity, LLM function-calling compatibility, and agentic workflow support
• Own the end-to-end developer experience: authentication, documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, error messaging, and time-to-first-call
• Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
• Define and monitor platform KPIs: uptime, latency, error rates, adoption, and developer integration speed

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts across our UK, FR, and US entities
• Partner with Sales on enterprise and partnership deals from first contract to signature
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, partner, vendor, and customer agreements
• Own the legal components of enterprise RFPs
• Monitor and advise on FinTech and digital asset regulations (MiCA, GDPR, AML, etc.)
• Support product compliance, internal policies, insurance, and corporate matters
• Report to the Head of Finance and collaborate closely across the business

Payroll

• Own and review UK payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
• Support and coordinate France payroll, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll processes for US employees, in collaboration with external partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll providers across all entities.
• Proactively identify discrepancies, anomalies or risks rather than reacting after issues arise.
• Ensure payroll data consistency with accounting records and internal reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of payroll processes and controls.
• Own accounts receivable operations, from invoice creation to cash collection.
• Manage Stripe: Create and maintain customer subscriptions, ensure correct billing configuration and pricing logic.
• Liaise closely with Sales and Account Managers to understand contract terms, customer context and billing specifics.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues or customer disputes in a timely and structured manner.
• Ensure AR data is accurate, up-to-date and properly reflected in financial records.
• Contribute to improving AR processes, controls and reporting as the company scales.
